Since so many people play this game i thought it would be nice to have a rough walkthrough. Although this game is pretty easy i reckon this might be helpful for the noobies. I might be wrong on a couple of counts here since i am just posting what I think is best so please feel free to correct me. I have completed the game, defeated till lvl 200 god king, mastered all weapons and have just two achievemnents left so i have some idea of how to play the game. Its important to note that a huge update is on its way so this walkthrough will be updated then.

Story
Basically you start off as the progeny of some guy who dared to challenge the god king and your aim is to avenge your ancestor. You start of as Bloodline 1 and play through the entire castle and face the God king at the end. Catch is god king is too powerful to defeat on low levels so its most likely that your grandchild will defeat him :P (bloodline 3). When fighting the god king you can either chose to join him and live (and get an achivement in the process) or try to kill him.

Combat
Combat is pretty simple and the game teaches you how to perform various moves. You have a few options to chose from when fighting an opponent but the basic style of fighting revolves on blocking your enemy's attack by various ways and then attacking them when they have an opening.

Basic Attack/Combos - Swiping up, down, left or right enables you to attack your opponent. You can chain together swipes to perform combos. If you enemy has his shield in front of him or is attacking you can only perform "scratches" which dont do a lot of damage. By dodging, parrying or blocking his attacks you can get openings in your opponent that enable you to attack him. Refer to this thread on how to perform combos, http://forums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=753855. Its easiest to do the Huge hit to get in some easy damage but if you opponent is dazed it would be better to go for Mega or ultra hit. A good combo would be to daze your opponents, do an ultra hit then activate your super (more on this later) and then do an ultra hit again.
Dodge - To me this seems like the easiest move to master for beginners. Its very useful and you can get perfect kills easily by just dodging your opponents attacks and then waiting for the "Dodge block" to attack your opponent. The easy way to dodge is to observe which side your opponent is swining from and dodge that way. For example, with you facing towards the opponent if your opponents start to swing from the left hand side press the left dodge button and if he starts from the right hand side then press the right dodge button. There are exceptions to this rule when the opponents turns around and attacks you in which case your dodging should be opposite. If you dodge 3-4 times in a row you should see the "Dodge block" and attack.
Parry - One of the hardest skills to master but one of the most useful. Parrying is to block your opponents swing with your own sword. To do this successfully you need to swing your own sword in the direction from which the enemy's sword is coming from and match their timing. For example if the enemy is swinging at your from Up to down you need to swipe from down to up to parry them. If you successfully parry them 3-4 times you get a "Parry block" which gives you an oppurtunity to "stab" your opponent and attack them with your combo. Its important to note that Parrying gives you a better opening than Dodging or blocking and gives you enough time to do a mega hit and maybe even an ultra.
Block - Pretty easy to do. Just hold the shield button and you get a block. Do it 3-4 times and you get a small opening to attack maybe once (this opening might vary). Blocking is the most useful when the enemy is about to launch into a combo hit (like when an assasin backs up and gets 2-3 fast swings at you). Dont overuse blocking though because this might result in you breaking your shield and not being able to block your opponent. The number on the shield shows you how many blocks you have left but different levels of opponents might take 2-3 blocks down at a time.
Cast Spell - Again pretty easy to do. Wait for your magic counter to fill up and just click on the magic button and draw the symbol for the spell. There are some spells available right now such as Fire, Shock, Ice, Poison and Heal. I use my spells mostly to heal right before a fight is about to end so that i am at more than 3/4th of my health going into my next fight without having the need to use my potion. Once you get the Ring of Ice and Fire (more on equipment later) your spells start doing huge amount of damage and can be used for offense as well. One thing to note though you need to have some time to cast a spell so dont be trying to cast a spell when the enemy is coming at you as not only will you take damage but also waste time. The best time to use your spells is when the enemy is about to launch into their combo because casting spells stops the enemy from doing whatever they were about to do.
Super - A pretty useful functionality. It mimcs magic in the sense that it fills up automatically and a super stops the enemy from doing whatever they were about to do.But, in addition to stopping their attack it also stuns your opponent allowing you to perform maybe an mega or an ultra combo.
Scratch - When you dont have an opening to attack you can swing at your enemy to scratch them. Doesnt do a lot of damage but might be useful when your enemy is just about dead.
