You will need an iOS developers license from Apple.

You can't install it on an iOS device for testing without being a paid developer. You can test using the Mobile Previewer and UDK Remote, though.

The license fee from Apple is beyond our control.

You can use the mobile previewer on the PC to see what it would look like on the device.

And you can install UDK Remote onto your iPhone or iPod Touch, which feeds input and tilt data back to the editor or previewer, to let you prototype input schemes on the PC.

Cheers,

Udk Remote is a good start for testing without an account but wouldnt it be possible to create a udk launcher app, just for testing in the long term, a app that works as a framework or sandbox where the testing game builds are trasmited into, instead of the ios file system?

You can't execute downloaded code in an iOS app due to the terms of agreement.

Just buy the license. Trust me, it is worth it. I had a game nearly complete, then decided to buy the license, all kinds of hell broke loose. I had to redo massive amounts of stuff. UDK Remote works for basic stuff, but as far as menus, buttons ect....being able to see them on screen makes a huge difference.
