Question About the Infinity Blade (Weapon)

Is it possible to get this weapon from an item drop? Say after you beat the God King at a certain level?

I've put my stat bonus to Item Drop++ and am about to fight God King lvl 150. Will he ever drop his weapon or do I really need to shell out 514,900 in gold?

Yup, I went all the way to bloodline 20 and it never showed even with the Item+++ modifiers, I think it's this expensive for a reason ;-)

yeah i wouldent wait for it to be found.. just save it doesent take that long. just as the game is in video mode and hes walking make sure you look around because some times there is hidden coins and you have to tap it quickly and before you know it you have the blade and fully upgraded

Money makes the world go around... You'll have to spare this some and pay for the sword. it's worth it.

when i killed chair guy and took the sword form his hand i was sure i was about to receive it lol and so far i have found every item in the boxes but not the sword, though i bought it.

but most items i still find them in the chests even though i have everything :S whats up with that?

I went ahead and purchased it. Wow the weapon is insane. I've maxed out and just questing for gold now. I've already hit $600,000+ again already. So yeah I'd have to say buying the thing is the best idea.

I just assumed the God King would drop it at some point but it seems it must be purchased to add to your inventory.

Just mount the Legion Helmet with Gold+++ Feature (makes you find more gold) and sell all your old equipment and you should have the cash in no time to buy the infinity blade!

If you are on bloodline 20+, equip items with item+,++,+++ (dont know if it make it up to 2 +s) and sell everything you find. Never tried but i guess it should make large amounts of money pretty quick. Maybe gold+++ is faster tho, i dont know.

Yeah I've been using the Legion exclusively for a while now. Especially since I maxed out and gold is the only thing you can gain after that. I wasn't sure if you needed to keep the mastered items for the Intimately Familiar achievement so I had a lot of stuff to sell. I'm almost a millionaire now! lol

You don't need to keep the equipment to attain the Intimately Familiar achievement. I always sell the previous equipment right after I bought the new one and I still got that achievement.

I've never seen the Infinity Blade as a dropped item or offered as treasure. I don't know for sure but I'm pretty sure the only way to get it is to buy it.

BTW, I'm really liking it that you guys get the nuances of mastering up the items. Lots of cool new stuff coming!

You should make the lv600 godking drop infinity blade :p people would cry that one cause you are 100% sure to already have it and be millionaire by then and its like "you got the infinity blade! contratz!" would be so funny :)

But how to earn that amount of money without purchasing anything? Without buying other stuff you can't earn XP and can't level up and can't get more health by completeing higher levels.

I'm at level 26 and Bloodline 8 bu I have only $63.000 :( BTW I tried to master everything I could afford. This $63.000 is after I sold everything I don't need.

Really? I thought I can't level up anymore and the XP were lost when they dissappear on allready mastered items and the main Level bar isn't rising anymore :confused:

You are right that XP are wasted on mastered items and if all your equipped items were mastered, you will no gain any XP on your main level bar at all. That's why all of us are capped at level 40 and waiting for new equipment to be released.

Everyone else here is right. You CANNOT level up without non-mastered items. Items are what give you XP.

it would be good if you could just level up and all those points going to items go to leveling up i am on level 42 facing level 92 enemies from the start its impossible for people that suck at the game like me...

its a good way to ensure you try all the items but i really hope this changes at some upgrade in the not to distant future. i should be able to upgrade to level 100000000

If you wan the game not to be too hard, stay on bloodline 15-. to do so, get killed by the death knight every time you encounter him and "save and restart castle" so you do the same bloodline over and over again.
