Anarchy Mode:

One to four players take on waves of enemies
Teams win or lose depending on score
Join in progress is allowed.
Some enemies require specific Team Skill Shots to get points
Team Skill Shots fill up a "Blood Symphony Meter" (kills anything you hit when active).
XP system to access unlockables
Each round has a "Drop Shop" that lets you buy weapons


Dead Rocks level - Have one player kick an enemy by the low part of the map close to the tornado and the other player leash the enemy from the catwalk. Gives 425 minimum (depending on enemy) and is easy to perform. (Thanks to Addnan and Black Winging for pointing this out). This works great with the flail gun and team sadist.

Agreed. Hopefully it will be playable across several countries. I am sure we could get people to do speedtests and get the people with the best bandwidth to host. (That does assume several things).

Anarchy is almost exactly like Horde in Gears 2 except you have to get skillshots to get to a set score to get to the next round. You can also do co-op skillshots to get even more points

It will be interesting to see the kind of players we get for Bulletstorm MP. If there is no competitive MP I think we are likely to get players who want to work as a team. That and many MP games suffer from cheaters and glitchers, who may be far less likely to bother with a game without competitive MP.

All in all, I think it is a worthwhile experiment.

I think he was asking whether you can play Anarchy solo without Live etc. Which seems odd.

I agree with you the single player doesn't make much sense, since you get team specific skill shots.

We don't know yet, but it seems unlikely as it would have to remove a lot of functionality.

It may have spit screen for it, but then it wouldn't really be single player.

This has been in the works for a while by myself and another forum member. We have exchanged a few messages about the format of it. It will likely have the skillshots in their order, how to perform them and the amount of points for each.

I believe he is going to be riding shotgun on it and I will simply link to his thread and wipe of the skillshot part in mine. If for some reason he doesn't want to or cannot do it, I will. But that kind of thing will take time and will only be possible after release, unless EPic/PCF give us that information.

When I try shot them in the rear it doesn't always give me the "rear entrance" once and I can't seem it shoot them in the nuts either :(

nut shot took a bit to get right, but now I can do it on command. I save "Rear entry" for later cause of better bonuses.

Try wrapping a flail around one guy's neck in the elevator and thumping them. You get flyswatter, sadist, gang bang and trap shooting sometimes

The elevator glitch is actually not making you lose score. There is a glitch with the elevator where your HUD displays an inflated score. This has been located and fixed due to community/PCF efforts. Great work guys.

In essence, yes.

For some reason the amount added in the elevator scene is wrong and is higher than we were meant to have. When we leash the dropkit the proper score is calculated. Apparently the bug has been fixed for the real game.

This demo is toying with me now....if i had leashed the green guy and took my time to headshot him i would have beaten my score got 17,850 but didnt headshot the green guy before the elevator to get those like 5-6 toxic loves....that would have put me over 18k.... :(

EDIT: so i just found out that if you dont blow the green guys heads off when you kill them you can still blow their faces off to get poisoned or trap other people with the poison.

With Toxic you will get 3350, 3050 without it. You need to wait till explode the explosive flare and then hold down LB for the Leash. The max I got was 3500, with Toxic and Surgeon.

Got 20,945 yesterday and was rank 33 (now rank 46! people are getting better). The thing is I missed a load of stuff on this 20k+ run through! I missed a couple of guys in the elevator shaft for the full x6 multiplyer, messed up in the sloping/drunk room and also missed the final green guys head for the toxic love multiplyer at the end of the run...but still got a great score!

You gotta pop their head like a water balloon with a bullet for it to release the green gas. Doesn't matter what kind of bullet.

...and Ghost, I'm convinced at this point the highest score achievable in Echoes is 23K (in the demo at least).

Even if it doesn't come out, you can shoot their head off when they are dead and it still splatter you with the toxic stuff.
