How do i get rid of this:

Ambiguous package name: Using
'C:\UDK\UDK-2010-09\UDKGame\Content\Effects\NEC_Walls.upk', not
'C:\UDK\UDK-2010-09\UDKGame\Content\Environments\NEC_Walls.upk'

You have two packages named exactly the same just in two different folders delete the one in the 'C:\UDK\UDK-2010-09\UDKGame\Content\Effects\ folder and it should go away
