No,it's impossible. UDK was ported on Iphone OS,not google android.

I thought they were building something for the Android too?
Well, anyway, it's not gonna be as smooth as UDK for pc "just yet", so, good luck with that.

No, it's not impossible, and I wouldn't be surprised if it did happen, but you can't do either right now with UDK, at all. (if you get a full license, that's different)
