Can't find my Flash folder

I just installed the august release. I am following this documentation.

It says "You will find the files necessary to build the UDK UI in /UDKGame/Flash."

I don't have a flash folder in my UDKGame directory. I only have a flash folder in my development directory and it doesn't look like it contains the same files as stated on the documentation page.

Any thoughts???

Never mind I didn't know I had to download them separately. I found them.
