Remember the Globe Gears of War skate shoes?

These things were pretty cool back in the day, I think anyway. I admit to being a total fanboy, but this MAY be taking it a little too far. Imagine someone walking down the street, Gears shoes, Gears shirt, Gears beanie, Gears backpack, and with their shorts sagging with Gears boxers. Wouldnt you think, "God, what a douche nozzle."

In theory, that could totally be me, except the part about the shorts sagging and the boxers. I like my clothes to fit, and I dont have the boxers. Beside the point...

Does anyone have these?

Im looking at a page right now that has these for $90, in stock, but I just dont know about it. What do you all think?

I like the look of the shoes myself, but I dont like the Gears of War written across the back of them. If it were just the omen on the side, I might would wear them.

I would get them. I have about 50 pairs of shoes, so my opinion probably doesn't count. I do use my Gears wallet, and get some funny looks. :)

the local gamestop around here has the bioworld wallet and keychain 'gift set'. I actually need a new wallet, mines got holes in it, im afraid im going to lose something important.

Ill always find a way to justify buying something with an omen on it, I need help.

I got mine at Gamestop. I took the chain off. I'm way to ladylike for that. :D

Edie, is the wallet a once-over fold or a tri-fold type? And does it snap, thats the really big question?
