Hello, I'm an Italian boy of 15 years and not know English very well.
I wonder if there is any patch to make UDK Italian, and if maybe there's some Italian Tutorial.
Thank you very much, sorry for some words wrong but I used Google translator.

Helooo!!!!!!
There is the Localization options....I think.
As far as UDK tutorials in Italian I would say prolly no official ones but you may beable to find a UDK user who has made some tutorials in italian. Also you could try to use a translator like babblefish for convert web pages from english to italian (pages like the UDK UDN, Forums, and other written tutorial sites)
Hope that helps

No translator in the world will understand 'prolly' or 'beable' or phrases such as 'as far as'

Dear Sir,
You will have to forgive my "text message" style of writing in my previous post. I was unfortunately limited to the small, infuriating keyboard on my Blackberry Storm2 mobile device. With that being said, I’m sure you can agree that my goal was to try to help the thread author to the best of my limited ability because no one else was replying to him. I am going to take your comment as jest made in poor taste.
I sincerely hope that my previous post, as grammatically inferior as it was, was at least helpful in some way to the thread author.
Thank you for your understanding,
-n321

@n321 thank you thery much
You are very welcome sir. I do think though that the boys in your other thread had a bit more info on the localization options in UDK then I could have given.
