TU6 rank reset and journal reset

by downloading title update 6 i lost all journal data- 20 000 kills - and had my rank reset. i didnt cancel update or do anything else while updating just left it. help anyone

all i can say is i had 2 players signed in. player 2 didnt get reset but i did

Man. same crap i went through a few months ago. MS and EPIC are zero help. MS first accused me of cheating, then said "We suggest you get the achievements again." Gee thanks! this game does NOT like two people on the same box.

Same thing happened to me. I updated TU6 and played a few matches at my house. My friend downloaded TU6 and he played a few matches. I go over to his house to play, upload my profile like Ive done ever since the game came out and my rank gets reset. Apparently TU6 does the opposite of what its supposed to do. Is there a way I can get compensated for the countless hours Ive apparently just wasted?

i went from level 91 to 1 also lost everything in my Journal. 73k kills

I had the exact same thing. From 51 to 1. Not as bad as some, but still it shouldn't have happened to anyone. I probly got the same cookie cutter response from microsoft that sbe60 did. They also accused me of cheating. All I was trying to do was to play some horde split screen with a friend, if thats cheating then take it out of the game.

Same thing happened to me. I thought the new update was supposed to fix this problem? Now that is twice I've lost all my data and info. Doesn't really wanna make me play Gears 2 anymore.

I got reset as well..was 52 now I'm at 1. Sucks to the 91 who got reset. I take it epic isn't going to do anything about it. Putting time into the game to get reset, didnt cheat, didnt do anything to get reset, just downloaded TU6. Put up with host disadvantage, put up with the lag, put time in the game just to get reset.

it happend to me 1 day after the 20x exp event, got lvl 100 so went bed, woke up in morn and all was reset. lost 23 or 24k kills aswell :o

got reset from 70 to 1..

im now at 18 ..

i just find it totally messed up that im having to re work it all back again
it took me like a year and a half..

just the thought..
