I think that for the more expensive deal you should get a frag grenade and cog tags/figure in an ammo box. Because all of the Gow fans will love this and i know that if they brought out this option i will definatley get it.

-Well made versions of Marcus and Dom's cog tags
-A Unique skin for at least 1 character on each playable side (could be as simple as changing the armour color and making the LED lights glow gold ((like the chestplates and carmine's eyes)), or possibly the weapons we pick up can have gold LED's instead of team color?)
OR
-A Unique character on either side
-A high quality Crimson Omen Decal for the side of your 360 (Only if there isn't a LE console released with it)

And the moneymaker of the package.....
-Possibly a LE Gears-ified Xbox 360 controller with the new D-pad, Red LED's and some killer design?
-Or maybe a High Quality Marcus Fenix Bust with his chainsaw face on

A price point of $120 - $150 would be fair for all of that




And no midnight release bonus this time around please, I understand midnight releases are indeed awesome, but some of us (including myself) can't afford to call off. I can make it this year if you guys put out a release date in time, but I have sympathy for people that still get it the day it comes out and miss out on something they should have gotten, when in reality they may have pre-ordered it months before me. Make it a pre-order bonus if anything....

Maybe on the Large-Scale side a Replica Gnasher Shotgun would be cool. However it would be too exclusive and expensive for the "normal" Gears fan. Honestly, who bought the Lifesize Lancer gun with Gears of War 2?

Maybe on the lighter side, Epic could release a 45 minute animation film of extra info and cool footage that wasn't in the games. Maybe it could follow along with the Gears Novels. I t would be very exciting and appreciative for the fans!!!

Im sure you will all agree this will come about by September and that it is a realistic expectation of what the guys at Epic will provide in the special edition.

DLC is nice and all but what has recently made some of the deluxe edition releases so cool has been the stuff you physically get in the box. Things that are directly from the world you have been living in within the game. Maria's pic was a nice original touch last time even if it was a little corny.

I think the replica Embry star is a great idea, match it up with a letter from Hoffman to Marcus explaining why he took it from the grave and why he feels Marcus needs to keep it. (it's in the books for those who haven't read any)
A map of Sera, something like you find in Lord of the Rings books that not only gives you a better idea of the geography but also marks the places where pivotal events in the wars took place. I think it would also be great to make the map a double sided poster, one side being the map the other a photo of the entire group of characters from the game EVERBODY, that includes Dom's stranded buddies from GoW, the gas staion attendant, Giles on the TV from the lab....EVERBODY!!!! Then I can frame it in a double sided frame and just flip it over whenever I wanna marvel at the other side

The perfect collectors for Gears 3 would be a nice ammo box that holds all of the incentives. First, there absolutely needs to be another steel book case, but better than the gray/plain cover that was for Gears 2. Next, a solid 160+ page artbook similar to Bioshock 2's collectors is definitely essential here considering it's the FINAL game. Also, it would be cool to have a soundtrack, exclusive DLC and other cool little incentives like that. If all of these things were included, I would easily pay $100 for this.

I really don't want a helmet. The idea is so old and washed up. It's been done for both Halo and Killzone.

Helmets aren't as iconic in Gears. The weapons are what stand out.

I really want to get a life size Pendulum War lancer.

Im getting very tired of tins. They tend to have lame artwork compared to the original. I would like the original cover in a GAME CASE. Perhaps they can throw in an alternate slip case cover/ and or LE tin. That way we could have it either way which I would greatly appreciate. I just like to have the original case and cover.

Also make it bad ass. Please not too bulky. The AC2 CE was a big tin box, but it was cool because Ezio's face was raised off of the face. The Halo Reach Legendary edition came in an ammo crate. I hope to see something as cool as that for GoW 3 EE.

1. Steel Case for the game

2. Authentic or whatever is closest to Authentic Baird Goggles, That are wearable, and work. The Goggles should be Dimmed too.

3. A Marcus Bandanna

4. Cog Tags

5. A Journal From Baird Kinda Like The Gears of war 1. But Maybe a Picture of Marcus and his dad or something.

6. And it should all come in an Ammo Box Or Something of that sort.

I would really Love to have Those Authentic Baird Goggles to wear. And the Marcus Bandana Would Really Top That off. Make It Out of Black Silk not some cheap ass knockoff stuff. The Goggles need to made out of quality Materials. Don't make it like Dead Space 2 with that fake Plastic Plasma cutter that had "Made In China" on the bottom of it. And most importantly. Make it in U.S. Not Japan or China.

I guess Because Gears of War was the first Video game i ever had i have a Connection and i feel that I don't want to lose them. like if everyone thing was destroyed.

I know this seems to be A LOT OF STUFF but its the last of the trilogy and i honestly would hold this close to me for the rest of my life. Or at least make these things and sell em on the Main Website.
