3 problems.

1.) It wasn't ready during the Superbowl.
2.) It costs a boatload of money to air an advertisement of your game during the Superbowl.
3.) If they aired it during next year's Superbowl it'd be far too late considering that the game would come out just 2 months later.

It wouldn't be worth it seeing as the Hype would die down since the game doesn't come out for another year and a couple of months. (From the Superbowl)
