Not sure about shooting web, but I think the UDK doesn't support mining fish.

UDK doesn't support fish mine? is it even a game engine??! so many features missing!

i need fish mine for my game is there a kismet for it? it is a fish mine tank medieval robot game, like batman. does anyone can create this for me? we can put it on steam XD

The mining verb is not compatible with the fish object in most situations. If you bury the fish first then you can mine them though.

Shooting web is fairly simple, you just need some sort of projectile weapon. Then shoot it in the direction of the web.
