hi. When i export my models from 3ds max to udk, the model messes up.It goes from this:

any idea why?

I tryed exporting with the FBX and the actorX

Did you reset Xform on the boots before rigging?

do you need the feet ? if not delete the polys and attach the boots mesh to the rest of the model then do the skinning

Yea 36k triangles is more than double what it should be.
