it's not working yet but you have to link it to a procbuilding volume
you wint see anything at first but then try ingame you'll see something blue you can collide with.
But this tool is not ready yet.

This is one of the first try I gave in it. Pretty rudimentary but Can be really useful if you use it wisely.
I don't know if you can destroy and such but I'm having few issues with the collision.
Some documentation could be great but unfortunatly we might have to figure it out ourselves, but it doesn't seems to complicated either way.

I am also very interrested in this, give certain values to certain things like buildings can max be 10- to 100 + certain meshes aplied to it like doors/windows etc. then you give it a size( maybe even have roads in between ) and then let the program generate that for the size of plate you want. seen it in other examples from outside of udk source for multiple engine. but i like to work with it myself. would save me looooooooots of precious time !!!! :D so epic peepz give us some more info on this plz !!! greetz

EDIT:i think having to build the ruleset for it is the most difficult part of this. the rest is pretty easily seen.

Very well. Made a basic box, but Facade dont save the ruleset ( and after rebuild light my "building" are black that possible a lightmap issue.
do save of rules work at all ?

Was this made in the February build? I tried using this in January and it never generated a shape for me no matter how much I messed with the ruleset.

I don't have a process I just messed around. I still don't know how to create a building properly

I messed around with some today as well. Even uploaded a tutorial for those of you who are stuck just getting it to barely work. Anybody here figured out how to do anything more advanced with it yet?

the thing is you can't use custom meshes without getting weird effect. Creating a building with that is not that handy in the end. Also some huge hit on frame rate is occurring if you don't use a occluder. but sometimes you just can't create one.
