Introduction

Greetings!

My name is Samu Aapa, I'm 23 years old and currently live in Finland.
I'm creating a small and fun project on my free-time. Project started as a Unreal Tournament 3 modification but is currently giving a go for UDK.

I am a all-rounder myself, I model, texture, script, create levels and pretty much anything that I can get my hands on.
I've been in various jobs, mainly on level design and modelling on modding projects for 10 years now and been working for game-industry for a two years here in Finland.

Motivation

With all the modding projects behind me I've seen countless of empty promises and that's why I've been creating this project all alone now and skipped the whole "recruiting" process. However I've become lonely on my own, so I'm now on a search for someone who thinks this project is interesting enough to spend some quality time on. :)

Target

First of all, I'm looking for someone who likes the idea and wants to contribute in it to create it a reality one day.
Secondly, you should have some skills, I'm not looking just for just an "idea guy" to accompany me. I like to see another all-rounder, preferably someone who likes to get his hands more dirty on the coding side of the project as that is the only thing that I'm lacking.
I do know my way around the scripting, but some of the more advanced stuff really takes an effort from me to get around.

If someone has actually had enough patience to read through all that, we finally get to the project itself...

Count @ ModDB (http://www.moddb.com/mods/count)

Count, is a multiplayer first-person shooter that is based on a battle between the villagers and a local vampire count.

One of the players plays the vampire and as he kills a villager, the villager transforms to one of vampires minions. This goes on until there is none of the villagers left.
For a longer design document go here (http://personal.inet.fi/hima/abina/tekstit/count_eng.txt).

Hi nOppa,

I would love to help you out as a 3D artist. I can imagine you have a lot of stuff that has to be done to make the game experience the best it can be.

I do need compensation, but if you think I would be able to help it would be well worth it.

Emailed you, JPWestmas. Nice models on your portfolio. :)

I'm still looking for someone who knows more about the coding in UE3/UDK and would be interested to join in creating this project.
