Hi guys,
I'm an Unreal experienced game programmer looking for a few hours work every week to help bring in some additional pennies. Rates are negotiable and project dependant, but I'm not available for unpaid or royalty based projects (I am already working on unpaid projects that take my interest and am not willing to spare any more of my limited personal time).
My skills are largely technical, and I can offer a variety of services, from gameplay programming, to more unusual programming (such as solving specific problems), networking existing un-networked code, or I can offer design based services such as consultancy in project architecture, approach, and where necessary, revision of the design to better work around Unreal's capabilities. Finally, I can deal with shaders, materials, particle systems and level design and mission scripting, where suitable assets are provided.
I have two and a half years commercial experience as a programmer with Unreal 3, and four years of general games programming experience. I am also fluent with the provided level editor and suite of tools.
The smaller the task, the happier I am to take it up for a smaller rate.
