hi
I Create a Small 3D Model with max and set UV for that . you can see the UVs in the image below.

then save my model with ASE format as Static mesh for UDK

but when I import my mesh to The UDK , the UVs Broken .

how Can I fix This Problem ?

How many UV channels did you set up in Max?

2 channel . one for top part and one for the bottom part

On your Editor picture you are looking at the UV Channel used for the lightmap, that would be channel 2 in Max. Change the lightmap channel in the editor to look at what's in the first, a.s.o. Read the docs about that.
