This message is posted up for anybody willing to contribute to the project of Stealth Codec. It is currently in Alpha state and is in need of a few helping hands.

My vision for the game is very clear but needs the following people for support;

Character Concept Artist
Clothing designer
Texture designer
Project Manager

All other areas are currently covered

If the game is distributed freely, you will be credited for your work.
If however the game becomes licenced you will be paid and credited for your work.

All assets you create will not be redistributed nor sold as a seperate package of the Stealth Codec Game.

If you agree to join, you will need to sign a non disclosure agreement, that you may not leak any information about the project to anybody or anyone and if you violate these conditions you will be terminated immediately.

I value hardwork but I value trust even more, this is a serious project and please only serious inquirees.

Currently because it is an indie project, you will do this on the terms that you are a hobbyist trying to learn a new skill or improve already known skills.

I am very profecient in 3dsmax, photoshop, crazybump, zbrush and mudbox and many other programs. Also I know my way around UDK pretty well.

If you are interested in any of these positions, please contact me @ mentalgames@live.com you can also add me to msn using that address and we can discuss this further.

I hope to here from you soon.

PS. I will be posting some concept art shortly for the project.

Currently I have a 4 people including myself. I am the overlooking the project and what i do is as follows

3dsmax animation - all me
Udk speedtree and special fx - all me
Voice over actor - i am really good at this
Music and sound effects - very good here
scripting - a could use a little help here

I run 2 pcs one laptop core i7 and desktop athlon II x4 620 both are very powerful for creating anything game related. Both Graphic artists are using Macs.

I have a 2 graphic artists and a concept artist. The concept artist is a brilliant artist that does all their work on paper which i like.

One graphic artist is a college graduate with a part time job and has a complete understanding of all adbe cs4 master suite products. The other one is very proffecient Illustrator.

I am able to bring all of their work to life in After Effects which is used for compositiong I edit in vegas or premiere and smack it together with bink.

Like I mentioned before this project is in Alpha state meaning the game is being shelled out.

I have enough manpower and time to the gameplay down, graphics and special effects are not of interest at this time.

To be more clear on what I am looking for right now is this,

Clothing Designer - must have skills in 3dsmax and photoshop or Gimp thats it.
I send you a basic manican figure, and you create clothing for the character based on concept art and your own imagination.

Texture Designer/Material Designer - Must have skills with Photoshop or Gimp and UDK's material editor aka ProFx

Character concept artist is mostly for enemys and AI concepts. I give u a script summary you read it and draw a character based on the era and theme of the game.

Personal Assistant/Research Analyst.

This person needs to know how to read unreal script. they need to sit down and read through the code, without changing anything. This persons job after about one month will be able to understand unreal scripting to a tee. This person is looking for ways to do things by reading code and reporting directly to me.

Finally I forgot to mention that I need a UI Scene Manager, this person is resposible for the front end of the game. All internals are currently being conducted here, and all members are given the opportunity to beta test the product every update we get.

Final word,

Whatever you choose to do on your own time is up to you, I do not ask for 8 hours of dedicated work. I ask for a volunteer effort, so I give you a small task and you do it and thats it.

Like i need you to design a coat today for character 1, or make me pants or make me a shirt. or find me a good script source that has the cover system implemented properly. etc. nothing fancy simple stuff people.

You say you need a musician/programmer still? I am one of those and have been for around 35 years (ish) I use cubase mainly for any large orchestration jobs, and sometimes I just like to play 'as is' or if you like 'live', all I would need would be time lengths, and to see the actual concept in action, maybe in the form of a youtube/flash type video to get a feel for how the music would be used. Oh, I am also a 3DS Max guy too......
You can see a little sample here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YNyjKr4U0M
The guy playing that organ is me btw, hope you like!

I know it's not listed there.... but do you guys need another level designer. I have a pretty good understanding of UDK and Kismet. I'm no pro, but I can get the job done after yelling at my screen a bit :p lol

i currently do most of the music and sound effects, if you believe that you can contribute to this project, i want you to send a sample of a dramatic sequence would sound like in a game, it has to be your own music. I know you can play the star trek theme but creating your own score is a lot more difficult please show me what your able to create. Please stay within the theme of the game and think bourne supremecy espionage. If you are able to make me a good track i will most likely use it and put your name on it.

Guns are Toys if you want to design a level, please add me to msn messaenger by creating a new hotmail account strictly for this project and then adding me directly to your list. We can discuss this futher ok.
