Hello forums, i have been searching and reading several different tutorials in the past few weeks about how to merge the UT3 Male Skeletal mesh to your own custom model and i am having too much trouble. I can export the models textures and mesh into UDK fine and easy but i Can't get the UT3 Male models skeleton into the model. Is there anyway or anyone who can help me get this done it would be a great help and much appreciated.

i think you just need import you model as a skeletal mesh search for some of the udk caracters animset and added to your model
so you want to skin your model with the UT3_Male rig?
If that's the case just do that then import it with actorx. When deleting the ut3_male mesh make sure you unhide all as there may be some pieces parts hanging around.
hey , i have my model and the ut3 skeleton in the same scene in 3dsmax, so i want to merge them , how can i do this?
This might help get you started.

thanks , reading.... hahahaha
also if a rig my character in other software (milkshape), it's possible to use it on udk, or the only software that will work are 3dsmax and maya?
