How do I make it a rigid body, and have it so it can get knocked around and blown apart?

Is there any way to boost the normal map intensity in the editor?

I'm not sure how the specular power works exactly but is that a normal set up?

Is there a way to fix the UV/spec seams that I'm seeing on the model?

How can I get AO and better shadows with them (on the ground and the chair (I did bake the lighting))?

Any other suggestions?

Its my first piece with zbrush and first time getting something into a game engine so I'm really happy/excited about it.

I think I posted this in the wrong area, reposted in level design.

Making it a Kactor would give it physics and fracture would allow it to break. There are tutorials on both from 3Dbuzz and other places.
