Greetings too all.
Our small team are currently looking for a programmer with at least an intimate knowledge of C++, and a good understanding with unreal script.
Our project is based in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, and currently multiplayer only. The name of the project is Renegade X 40k, although that is probably going to be changed in the next few months. The name derives from an older project that was based on the renegade engine, but since the UDK has come out, we have decided to make the switch.

Gameplay will be first-person/third-person perspective shooter, cover system, destructible environments and a point system to upgrade Armour, weapons etc. We want to have a similar system as Dawn of War, where you would capture requisition points for resources, with the ability to teleport between them. In some certain maps, with enough requisition, you will be able to purchase the huge baneblade, or some other vehicle with equal power.
Much like C&C renegade, there will be bases and the possibility to destroy them, with any means necessary.
We have another 1 or 2 game modes lined up off of the original table top game, however we unsure as to what they me be currently.
There will also be basic gameplay modes such as:
Capture the flag
Deathmatch
TeamDeathmatch
At the moment, we are still considering the possibility of bots, although AI for such a thing is very hard to code, so we will wait to see how that pans out.
