Why is it when you import a model with multi-material from Max into UDK, all the UV's are screwed up? I have a model with 3 materials and 2 UV's, one for texturing and one for the lightmap. When I import into UDK the materials are there but the UV's are missing. Any help?

It works fine for me.

Before exporting, collapse all, and apply multi material to whole mesh, sometimes when you apply one of sub materials everything in max looks fine , but in udk is messed up.
