UDK editor issue

I'm a newbie to UDK.
Last week I downloaded the package file and installed it.
When I wanted to run UDK editor it crashed with the tip"
Error loading .xaml resource dictionary from file
[c:\UDK\UDK-2009-11]\binaries\win32\..\..\Engine\EditorResources\Conte ntBrowserStyles.xaml]
dropShadowEffect doesn't exists in xml namespace"http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"

Has anyone encountered the problem?I had installed the program several times but nothing help.

My system is winxp sp3 &.net framework sp1.

Just a guess but have you tried installing into a different directory?

Since you're using beta 1,
maybe you should download/install the latest beta (2) of the UDK, it contains some bug/crash fixes etc..
