View Full Version : UDK ready animated Race Car models needed.

Greetings,

I do not own Max, Maya, or XSI, therefore I cannot use ActorX in UDK.
I can import static meshes with other programs using a Collada format (dae), but I cannot import any bones or animations.

Here is what I need from a modeler who has experience with Unreal 3 and who owns a commercial license for Max, Maya, or XSI.

1) A stock NASCAR type race car that is rigged animated and ready for import into the UDK.
It should have a UV map for the texture that will allow for sponsor advertising to be easily added to the hood and both sides of the race car.
It should be rigged and animated similar to the scorpion so that it has a suspension, and so the wheels turn and roll properly in forward and reverse.
Here is an example below... (No need for the ads, just a good UV layout so I can edit the materials myself later)

2) The same car, but with a weapon turret like the scorpion added to it, so that it can shoot projectiles.
Both cars should include a way to attach the drivers, or maybe just include a driver in the mesh.

It is my understanding that we can use Unreal code in our commercial releases, but not any assets.
Therefore, these need to be 100% your creation, except for the classes you extend.
I cannot use a modded UT vehicle, or anything created with commercial use restrictions.
I want a non-exclusive right to use it and redistribute it, so you can still sell it to other people too.
We can negotiate a price if interested, and full payment will be made when I have it in the UDK and working properly. (so I need import instructions too)
