Feelers out for action RPG

Im currently working on assets for an action RPG I want to build in unreal. I work as an artist for Realtime worlds and have experience working with unreal. Basically im putting feelers out for anyone dedicated enough to work on this project with me. Id love to find someone experience with the technical side of things especially coders but anyone interested just post your replies up here.

Here are some screen shots of work i (have actually decided to scrap now) done in the past for this project (I want to change the style of the game so these are not good representations of what im aiming for, these should just give you an idea)

Note. I have done a lot of planning for this and have suport setup for a team. I want to have a demo running by Christmas and id like to market this commercially. Im looking forward to hearing from all you tallented folks :)
