Does anyone know if the format documentation for PSA/PSK available at the following location is still the same in Unreal 3/UDK?

Has this documentation changed?
The other day there was a header file describing the the format of the headers and data, now there doesn't appear to be anything.
What's listed on that page now does not contain enough data to write an importer/exporter, since it doesn't state what any of the headers or data blocks should contain.
Note that the page for the Unreal 2 engine (http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/BinaryFormatSpecifications.html) still contains a link to that revisions .h file (http://udn.epicgames.com/Two/rsrc/Two/BinaryFormatSpecifications/UnrealAnimDataStructs.h).
