I'm having trouble installing, Help!

Hey guys I know there is a thread for installation troubleshooting and I tried everything that it said but wen I install the UDK is crashes, here's what is says:

I tried running as Administrator and compatibility but the same error appears.

I am actually having the same problem and I also have no earthly idea as of what to do
to fix it.
