where do you custom weapon packages go and where does your coding for the weapon go
.........and how do you cook a weapon and its scripts so that it goes from unpublished to published
kinda confused.com at the minute lol

If you go with the default set up, using Make from within UnrealFrontend, you shouldn't have to worry about the published/unpublished stuff in the UDK... Everything goes straight into the main content directories.
As for the script files, they go in \UDK\Development\Src with all of the Epic scripts. Just follow their conventions - make a new folder by any name, and create a Classes folder inside that, for all of your .uc files. Then you just need to add your ModEditPackages line to UTEngine.ini, and compile. Search around the forum if you need a better explanation of that last step... its been explained over and over already.

just didnt know where 2 put my stuff lol
