I want to merge differents brushes(subtractive ones on screenshot). I used the merge(right click menu - polygon - merge) as select them. but It didn't work.

let me know about that merge tool and how to merge two brushes.

I'm not really going to answer your question, but let me suggest that you shouldn't do fancy stuff with bsps. Like, merging or converting to staticmesh, or having too many of them. I would honestly recommend to create a new substractive mesh. BSPs are too buggy to mess with them.

Or you can make a hollow additive.., But yes, if you use BSP's to layout a level to get an idea of size, direction, ect...that's fine. They are way to expensive in the memory dept. to make them a permanent part of a final product. That is if you want a large environment to run well. So use them at first, then switch to static mesh imports to do your final. It's always a good idea to really know how everything works though, before you get too deep into it.
