UnrealScript Tutorials?

Hey everyone, first off hi to all, this would be my first post here. Now before I get bashed with "This has been answered a googolplex amount of times." I know there are tutorials on moddb.com and the like. :)

What I'm looking for is some sort of tutorials that are more geared towards starting something new and not towards building mutators or anything like that. a begginers guide if you will.

All these tutorials I've found just show what was used to make the mutator but dont really conceptualize much to make it understandable.

If anyone knows of any that exist it would be greatly appreciated as I've searched everywhere and can only find the previously mentioned.

Look up... See that big "Documentation" title? Check out some of the links in there... Except for the "UDK documentation forum" one... thats just a dead end. ;)

Sorry... One tutorial that might be a lot of help to you is the one that Hourences just made, that does a very good job of touching on just about everything you need to do to get a game started in the UDK. It doesn't go into a lot of detail on any particular subject, though.

As for the actual Unrealscript side of making a game... I don't knwo of any fantastic tutorials off the top of my head, but I am sure they are out there... However what I really recommend is to just start browsing through the UT3 demo scripts, and get a feel for the flow of the game, and move on from there... That is mostly how I learned.

But other than that it seems like all I can find is code that I'm supposed to read till I understand it.

I'm planning on releasing a series of video tutorials on learning and mastering the UnrealScripting language. They will be made in the since of teaching a beginner. After that series ill show how to make different scripts :)
