How strict is the 11:59PM deadline? Just asking.....:|

We will make the deadline, but its uncooked. We are currently cooking...
Will it void our entry if we enter one, two or three hours late?

Heh, we almost managed to calculate 3 hours wrong due to timezone differences across the planet. Also cooking right now and starting the FTP transfer in just a short while. My guess is that it won't be about the minute, specially if the transfer has already started. Best of luck to you!
