View Full Version : Swap Head Shot Multipliers?

I think a good change would be to swap the 150% head shot damage of the Lancer, with the 110% head shot damage of the Hammerburst, or at least increase it to give incentive to aim for the head whilst using the Hammerburst.

Doesn't make much much sense for a "bullet hose" to deal more head shot damage than a weapon that seems to have a "marksman" role- not gameplay-wise, or realistically.

I think the Lancer needs an incentive to aim for the head since there is nothing to the weapon other than point and shoot. It's not a big deal for the HB to not emphasize headshots since it already forces you to deal with recoil and the semi-auto fanning dynamic... both being things absent from the Lancer.

Basically, it seems fine.

great explo but it would prove that the hammerburst is even more of an all skill if it was swap but i care not one way or thee other

I prefer having the HB have less bonus for headshots for the same reason as profess. Because of the lack or accuracy, I aim for their body and may hit head, body or feet and I like that I am not really penalised for this.

Only touchers use it.
