Can't import a model.

I decompiled a model from source and wanted to import it in udk, but it freezes.
When exporting, I get this error

What does it mean? The mesh is a first person gun model, but I think it goes into this category more.

copy the error code and gooogle it, you'll find the answer trust me

johanz check you're vertex weights. Some of them may not be assigned to any bones. I haven't used Max in a while but I remember getting that error a few time before.
