It can be done only with hard work, strip level of everything but CSG and static meshes, then change extension. It will usually load mostly all (if you reimported all assets it uses), some CSG is messed up (order, sometimes additive instead substractive etc.). Then you need to work from that stage to full level.
Oh also having uncooked level helps a lot here.

Hmm I see. So I'd have to re-construct the level again using the static meshes that are only available in the UDK.
