Oddly enough, I'm looking for exactly what the title says.

I'm trying to get a team together to help with a project of mine.

The basic idea is that you can either command a huge fleet of ships, one ship, or be a grunt on the ground.

I know, but I'm hoping that they end up different enough to be able to exist side by side.

On the positive side of things, we can look at what they did that worked well and what they did that didn't work and learn from their experiences.
