View Full Version : SpeedTree shadows from leaves?

I've been having an issue with being able to cast shadows from the leaves on a SpeedTree actor.

I've been able to cast a nice soft dynamic shadow but I cant get any shadow casting from the leaves!

You need to set the material's blend mode to BLEND_Masked

And use the alpha channel on Opacity Mask

Thanks that worked like a charm except now my leaves look less soft, but I'll try to get around that.
