Oh good lord, from what I saw you selected a texture. A texture is not a mesh. Hence it won't let you place it in as a mesh... pay attention to what you're actually selecting.
See the Static Mesh option at the top of your browser, select that to only see Static Meshes. Navigate to the UN_Sky package and there they are.
So a few basic errors here: First, understand what you're selecting, if you don't know what a texture is vs a static mesh, google is your friend. Second, google is seriously your friend. I found this in 10 seconds using google: http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/video/how-to-create-environments-sky-spheres-in-unreal-engine-3-196631/
Not trying to be harsh, we were all new at one point, but TRY to google first, it's much much faster than creating a video and uploading it to youtube ;)

I clearly stated in the other thread "Try the package UN_Sky->SM->Mesh". There are only static meshes in that category so dunno how you missed that. Also I said "Try to right click on UN_Sky and click Fully Load", but you right clicked on the texture not the package. Anyway I guess your problem is solved now - but as danimal were pointing out, you need to be careful about those seemingly little things and follow instructions to the letter :) Sorry if I appear as telling you off that isn't my intention.
