need some help with lighting please

i have created a building with several rooms in.

how do i light just one of the rooms?

as every time i put a light in one of those rooms it peeks through into the other rooms/hallways.

i have adjusted the radios but then its not bright enough to light the full room up.

the light im using is the point light!

any help please?

Adjust light radius and falloff exponent. The lower the exponent, the sharper the fade.
