View Full Version : ATI display card problem with UDK about shader

Sorry for my poor English,wish you can understand what I say.

I have INSTALL the UDK 09 11yesterday,

It's very POWERFUL.

I have used the editor for GOW,It works all right.

but I found that the shader works on UDK 09 11 on 1950pro display card have a big problem,which didn't exsit on the same machine with EDITOR FOR GOW.

If I build two object in a scence,and one light only,

the shader of the two object became to be twinkling.

SURE,I have make the shader same with one other machine with Nvidia GTX275

the UDK 09 11works well on that machine.

This is my first problem.



The second one it is:

When I push the shader complexity,and the new botton near it.

whatever which DISPLAY CARD you on,the UDK will wrong and shut itself.



I hope a new UDK without the two problems can BE download

WHAT driver I used IS 9.3.1. It's very good with XP32 XP64

I don't think it do care,but a programe by nvidia MAYBE change SOME CFG,

make me trouble.

If I have money,I will buy the two GAME at once,and ONE gtx 275or GTX300

right now.

I have to change the light to FORCE dynamic Light to fix it.

the light shadow mode has nothing to do with it.

I didn't use the ue3 for gow2

now I haven't to download it.




If I want use its physix ,have I to under the DX10?

My Ageia physx card have nothing can do when I install the driver of 8.10

so I should buy one nvidia display card....
