It holds all the information on the Unreal engine. If you need more help with tutorials and such. check out the Gears of war and UT3 forums. ;)

The Clean BSP Materials command is run from the Tools menu (I think it is Tools).

Yeah those guys are in the menus... though there are some commandline parameters for things like compiling non-kismet scripts.
