am i able to run it?

hello, im having some troubles running it on my XP computer because i dont have enought money to get a new graphics card at the moment. im running on my xp computer a ATI Radon 9250 and i found out it dosent support shader 2.0. but on my vista laptop my graphics card is a Nvidia Ge Force 7150. it came with the laptop so i dont really know if im able to get a 8000 series or higher.
but am i able to run it on my laptop?, i have a decent amount of space as well.
