While linear velocity drive has the expected effect, angular velocity drive
doesn't seem to work in PhAT.
I have the angular drive force limit cranked up to 99999999, Twist velocity
drive enabled and the angular velocity drive at [256,256,256], yet the sphere
doesn't revolve at all. Instead it looks like it tries to maintain 0 angular velocity
on the twist axis.
Am I missing something?
