I'm totally newbie in UDK development. How can I getting started, I'm don't understand the documentation. (I can't speak English very well).

Hey, I'm french too !
For the first, what do you want to make ? Mod, Full game ?
If is a full game, I think you must learn programming and mapping. I'm not sure, but if you never make code before, if more easy to start with the mapping (level design, and so on).

Also check out http://www.icecreamyou.com/ut3 there are a number of tutorials that are useful for beginners.

UT3 collectors edition has great video tutorials, everything besides new browser and some advanced things like crowds, physx objects is same as in UT3. I even recommend that you all grab UT3 game and look into levels created by epic, there are tons of tricks that will never have tutorials, and UT3 is now only $10.

A nice tutorial on how to import some stuff into UE (and UDK for that sake).
