UDK Edtior crashes under Windows7 64Bit

I downloaded UDK today and tried it out. It crashes at random actions. Even if i start it in "windows xp sp2" compatibillity mode.

does anyone else have similar experiences.

system:

os: windows7 64bit professional german
hardware: intel q6600, gigabyte p35 ds4, 8gb ddr2 ram, zotac (nvidia) gtx260


btw: i also realized that it says udk 32 bit. is there also a 64 bit version?

It runs fine for me on win7 64 bit english.. so I doubt it's the OS.

i have vista 64 and the editor crashes when i try to run it

I have Windows 7 -64 bits -french edition works good for me.

w7 x64 also works fine here. Try figuring out if it happens at constant intervals or you actually are changing a similar thing each time it crashes.

There is no x64 version of UDK currently.
