EULA Problem

Hello i try to install UDK and when i run install, show me error message: "Failed to find EULA; aborting install.".

This started happening with the 2010_10 UDK.
It doesn't happen with the 2010_09 release,
so I went back to the that one.
Suggestions to set location to US, English, etc. had no effect.
