Hello, I am not brand new to all of the Game Design aspects BUT i am brand new to the Unreal Engine... REAL NEW!!! I first would like to thank Epic Games for releasing this UDK... It really is probably the biggest leap in Game Design since 3d? :)
Ok so my questions are mainly going to be about the Unreal Engine as a Development tool and what it is capable of.
1. Can i make my game online?
2. Can i make it have multiple servers?
3. Can i make money with my game? - & if so could someone link me too the license put down for the UDK?
4. Is it capable to add a Guild System in my game?
5. Is a chat system possible?
6. Is there a way i could add more then 2 teams in-game?
7. Do you think if i am making my own game from the UDK i should buy UT3? Is it going to make a big difference?
8. Can anyone tell me if there is some place out there to get models/renders for characters/vehicles? - Even if it requires $$$
Those are my main questions, Thanks for any help i can get!

1) Yes.
2) Yes, I assume - I'm not entirely sure what your aim is there ;)
3) Yes. Everything you need to know is found at http://udk.com/licensing.html
4) I don't see why not.
5) Yes.
6) Yes.
7) It's good as a reference for how things can be achieved (such as material effects) - but it's not necessary.
8) This is the internet, there are loads of such places. Turbosquid.com is but an example.

Thanks a bunch guys! As i said i am a newb, But i know it's not an easy mission to create a game...
Also, The UE3 engine CAN be used to make an MMORPG. www.mortalonline.com - Star Vault is definitely doing something i never thought would be done.

The engine yes, but with the UDK I don't think you're going to get the first M in MMO.

Yes, and the licensing page outlines how it works. From my understanding, you pay $99USD upfront once you're ready to sell your game to obtain a commercial license, then the first $5000USD you make from sales is royalty-free (well, technically, it's a royalty of 0%). Once you pass that figure, Epic gets 25% of each sale from that point onward.

$99 and 25% profit at $5k? Doesn't sound too bad! Especially since we don't have to shell out the $99 up front.
