Some mastermind who wants to help me?

Hello!
I need someone to give me a hand with a small project I'm doing.
Basically I need to do this:
-The lvl Start
-I would love to not hear the gun or these annoying noises at the beginning
-I need to activate one mission
-The Subs says "Find the key to open the door"
-You have to pick up the key and then you can open the door and you win!
That's basically what I need. If someone gives me a help will be very grateful!

This is a pretty basic quest system. Have you tried doing it yourself?

I think more people would be willing to "help" you through spots you get stuck on, once you have made some effort on your own. What you are asking for is fairly easy to do.

Now, if you don't want to do it yourself, but need it done. I'd do it for you for $200. I'd send you a link to a video clip of it working upon completion as proof and then would give you the project after a paypal payment.

I'm poor.
I'm stuck, i know how to do this on GOW but here i can't.
I try like two hours but this thing is making me hungry u.u. I fell like a noob u.u.
All the sistem is a litle different and i am confuse. I can not get familiar whit the UI.
Thats why i asked for help.

have you tried looking closely at the ExampleMap.udk included with the UDK? It seems to have at least a few of those features implemented.
