Help with installation

Ok, so I download the exe file but when I click it, it just pops up with this:

And does nothing

If you don't mind me hijacking this thread, I'm having this issue when I try to run the installer, too. If someone does need them, though, here are my specs:

Is there another window behind the splash screen that shows an error?

Try clicking on the splash screen and moving the mousewheel - does it go away?

it does but then no installation comes up

I've tried it too - it makes the installer quit.

for me, while "decompressing prerequistie files" goes on the installer quits anyway. Any solution for this?

I have the same problem, i'm using Windows 7 Release Candidate Build 7100.

Did you ever get this to install? What are your system specs? Are you running firewall or anti virus?
