So after being used to the editor that shipped with UT3. I've noticed two little things that i was accustomed to which have changed in UDK. Wondering if there is a simple fox for them.
1. Mouse is inverted in 2D viewports and Kismet? So i keep scrolling the wrong direction.
2. Using the scroll wheel to move forwards and backwards in perspective view whilst simultaneously using right click to move doesn't work, it's either one or the other, unlike being able to do them at the same time which vastly improved level movement, for me atleast.
Anything that can be modified to change these, i've not gone and looked to see if there are any config files yet though.

Been having the same problem with the 2D viewports, mildly annoying.
Edit:
Found the fix:
Untick
View > preferences > drag moves canvas

You can switch to the UT3-style orthographic viewport controls by toggling the following preference:
View menu -> Preferences -> Drag Moves Canvas
Enjoy!

Holding Right-Click now lets you navigate around in perpective using WASD.

That's a good idea, but as I use a french keyboard, WASD is not helpfull. Also, is there a way to configure the Play in editor default controls? for the same reason obviously.

Should be editable in the configuration ini files?

You can change most key bindings in the UTInput.ini though this isn't really supported.
Alternately, the arrow keys do work in place of WASD.
